Survey Results 2005, Excellent 71.4%, Very Good 24.5%, Good 4.1% Home improvement purchases are a major investment for any householder and all prospective customers look for a professional company for peace of mind.

This survey has been conducted by the Consumer Protection Association, and is compiled from the consumer survey. This is completed by every customer on their application for an insurance backed guarantee, when their home improvement has been completed.

We request the homeowner to complete the survey to enable prospective customers to see a “snapshot” of installations undertaken. As you can see from the pie chart, from the survey taken in 2005, 71.4% of the results were excellent, 24.5% of the results were very good, with 4.1% being good. 0% of the results were poor.
